Community college president, Dr. James Mitchell, honored by V.I.P.

Dr. James M. Mitchell, president of Wallace Community College in Selma, Alabama, was given an award on behalf of V.I.P. president William Bowman. Dr. Mitchell was recognized for hiring people with disabilities and for accommodating students with special needs on campus. He makes them feel welcomed and worthy of a good, quality education.
